Three men ride in carriage bearing miniature Confederate flags with African-American driver during the United Confederate Veterans Reunion parade, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas on May 18, 1911. Spectators spill off of sidewalks onto the street in front of Pulaski Gas Light Company in the 200 block of Main Street.
